Through systems change and working relationships we address the root causes of social injustices.

The Congress’s strategic consulting portfolio focuses on helping organizations improve their performance. Organizations may draw upon the services of CHEP's management consultants for a number of reasons, including gaining external advice and access to the Congress’s specialized expertise.

Addressing systemic issues often cannot be done solely through consulting engagements, or project-based work. CHEP also employs short and long-term campaigns to channel group power and collective bargaining as a means of meeting concrete goals.

Through social entrepreneurship, CHEP works with individuals, groups, organizations and changemakers to develop, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues.

Through a 9-month didactic experience, the fellowship prepares a workforce dedicated to community organizing and eliminating social injustice.
