A 12-month didactic experience that prepares a workforce dedicated to community organizing and eliminating social injustice.

The unique responsibilities and project work associated with the fellowship program will help you develop planning, advocacy, infrastructure and population health based skills and experience required to work in social entrepreneurship. Work done during the fellowship is equivalent to manager level work experience.
The fellowship also offers extensive professional development opportunities to enrollees. Fellows will learn public speaking, community organization, grant writing, media relations, urban planning and leadership skills. Selected participants will also engage in seminars, projects and conferences across the globe.
Fellows are partnered with a preceptor who will also serve as a mentor for the duration of the program. Group, situational and peer mentorship are embedded into the didactic structure.
We are looking for out of the box, fail forward, innovative thought leaders to manage projects and build programs across various sectors. Through the program curriculum, we seek to use innovation as a vector for creating global impact.
